Located off a quiet dirt road minutes from downtown Narrowsburg, Blueberry Ridge House is a modern cottage retreat with plenty of space to unwind and escape with family and friends, indoors and out.
The House
The light-filled home has an abundance of windows, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, and a large dining table for entertaining, with sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive outdoor deck. The large farmhouse-style kitchen is stocked with everything a modern chef could need, plus we have a brand new Weber grill on the outdoor patio.
In the lower level, you'll find another large den space featuring a 65" Smart TV and our curated library of vintage books by our friends at Sweet Pickle Books, along with an assortment of games and toys.
The house has Nest thermostats, plus a wood-burning stove in the living room, to keep you warm during the colder months, and ceiling fans in the upper bedrooms to keep you cool in the summer.
The Property
Although just a few minutes to Narrowsburg, the house is located on a quiet road, with a large open backyard surrounded by trees. Explore nearby hikes, take a dip in various local swimming holes, roast marshmallows around the cast iron fire pit, gaze at the star filled sky, and just enjoy the fresh air.
The Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in the house, with two on the upper floor, each with queen beds and one with an additional twin daybed. The other bedroom is on the lower level off of the den, and features a queen bed with sliding doors to the lower stone patio where we have a cast iron fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The bedrooms are outfitted with Tuft & Needle mattresses, cozy linen bedding, along with colorful vintage textiles sourced from local Narrowsburg shop, Sunny's Pop.
The main bathroom is between the upper bedrooms, and features a large shower and double vanity, with newly appointed finishes. Ultra plush towels and bath amenities by Public Goods are provided so you can relax at ease. There’s also a large powder room on the main level.
Family Friendly
The house is great families, with plenty of space to put a portable crib, which we provide along with a highchair, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, a few books and toys, and lots of space to run around indoors and out. There's also a ton of things to do in and around the area.
We also have fast cable internet and Wifi for all your work from home, movie watching, or kid-distracting needs.
